LADIES ON THE BUOYS

My friends and I wanted to find a super fun outdoor activity around Adelaide that was different, easy to organise and were able to cater for groups of people… and that’s when we discovered BBQ Buoys. What a super awesome concept, cruising along the River Torrens with a group of friends having a good time!

There were many different packages available to choose from, whether you wanted to cook a barbie or simply have a platter on your table. We decided to choose the ‘Ladies on the Buoys’ package, this catered for 7-10 people and included a cheese & meat platter, 4 bottles of classic wine and 1 soft drinks package.

When we arrived, our platter was waiting for us on the Buoy and we couldn’t wait to get onboard! How awesome is that! BBQ Buoys also have an extensive range of drinks to purchase from, so you can pre-order when organising your booking or simply purchase on the day. The drinks are given to you in an esky full of ice and then placed onto your Buoy before you go.

The Buoy was super easy to drive, and they give you a briefing before you head out so that everyone fully understands how it all works. It was a perfect way for my friends and I to catch up as we set off on our 2 hours cruise.

What a great idea for those wanting to try something different outdoors with your family and friends. I can’t wait for our next cruise with BBQ Buoys.
